TPH Ft. Lauderdale 7 Week Contact Clinic
Learn how to effectively use your body in this contact/checking clinic. Properly giving and receiving a body check is the primary focus for the contact group, with an emphasis on body positioning, angling, and stick checks for the younger, non-contact group. All players will receive a better understanding of how to successfully separate an opposing player from the puck.
Ice Time: Wednesday 5:30pm – 6:30pm & Thursday 7:45pm-8:45pm
