Girls High Performance
Open to girls born: 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97
This program is designed to give girls in the Southeast who are serious about hockey a week of on-ice, off-ice and in class sessions that will prepare and educated them on college hockey. The staff is carefully selected to offer insight and experience into NCAA Division I and Division III hockey, along with club opportunities and more. Players will stay on campus at UAH and train like a college hockey player for the week. Classroom seminars will be provided each day to help educate the girls on opportunities they have in hockey, along with nutrition, proper mental preparation and other hot hockey topics.
