    • Check In/Drop off time – Sunday

      • Check in/drop off at rink - usually between 1:00-5:00pm
    • Pick up time – Thursday
      • End of camp game - 11:30am-2:00pm (parents may come watch)
      • Pick up time - 1:00pm-4:00pm
  • Supervision
    • The Resident Director supervises the Boarding Counselors for all resident programs (3-4 staff sleep at the dorms to monitor the participants in the evenings). In addition, there is night security at the dorm office.
    • The importance of a player’s growth and development is an integral part of a player’s future in hockey. We have rules and regulations that we expect all players to honor. This also includes a curfew for all players staying at the dorm. We expect all players to adhere to these rules just as they would if they were at home.
  • Meals (3 a day provided)
    • Proper nutrition is important throughout the hockey season and everyday life. TPH, with the guidance of a nutritionist, provides well balanced daily meals. The meals will include a variety of foods that the students will have to choose for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also have a concession available at the arena for the student’s enjoyment.
      • Breakfast is at the dorms (cereals, fruits, bagels, juice, etc)
      • Lunch at the rink (subs, hamburgers, etc)
      • Dinner at the UAH cafeteria with a variety of choices
  • New Friendships
    • Camp life, activities and the dorm are integral parts of the development of players at TPH Summer Hockey Camp. The dorm provides an environment where players experience life away from home. They meet and form friendships with fellow teammates and players from all over the Southeast. Players are grouped according to age and ability and have a boarding counselor and day counselor that look after them during their stay.
  • Evening Time/Activities
    • There are numerous activities provided to give players a break from their hockey training: beach volleyball, swimming, bowling, mini golf, movies, various games in the gymnasium and athletic fields and other exciting activities
    • There is a little down time in the evenings to allow the kids a break from the busy day to just relax
    • Curfews are in place for all players in the dorms
  • Dorms
    • Each player has a private bedroom in a four-person suite, sharing a bath with one suite mate.
    • Suites are furnished with mini-kitchen (small refrigerator, microwave oven, and sink), dining or study table and chairs, sofa and easy chairs
    • If you have a special request like wanting to room with a specific roommate, please let us know right away
    • Below is a layout of a typical suite…
