TPH Body Checking Clinic April 10th

During the TPH Body Checking Clinics, players will learn the real reason that we use body contact. To be a complete player you need to know how to take a check, how to give a check and how to be sure that you are not in a vulnerable position to reduce the chance of injury. After being taught and shown the important details of body checking the players will then be put through a series of drills allowing them to test their new skills.
