Ilderton Power Skating/Skills Sessions

Times: 5:00 PM-6:00 PM

Where: Western Fair Sports Centre
Ages: 4-7 years

This program will focus on the most valuable hockey skill “SKATING” as well as puck skills (shooting, stick handling...)
Skating technique will be broken down into simple steps focusing on skating efficiency, stride technique, edging, pivoting, cross overs... Players will also work on puck skills beginning with shooting technique, passing, stick handling. Players will be given oportunities to work on these skills during challenging drills while recevieving feedback from coaches throughout the sessions.
