TPH Post Season Power Skating/Skills Level 3 (11-15yrs)

This program is for the advanced hockey player looking to stay on the ice and develop their skills. The program will focus on increasing skating speed and efficiency concentrating on; quick starts (forward and backward), transition turns, pivoting, shooting and passing in motion, creating open ice, puck control and much more.
