This program is on Tuesday evenings
This 10 week program has been designed to allow players to continue developing following their hockey season. Each session begins with power skating skills, these skills will be broken down and taught using proper technique in order for players to increase skating efficiency and overall speed. Emphasis will be on quick starts, pivoting, crossing over foward and backward, shooting, passing, puck control and stick handling.
