This program is on Tuesday evenings
This program has been designed for the beginner hockey player looking to learn the fundamentals of skating and puck skills. Players will work on balance and agility and taught forward skating, backward skating, stopping, pivoting, turning, X-overs, shooting technique, passing, puck control and much more.
