Brad Guzda – Head Goalie Instructor

-          Played 8 seasons of professional hockey at the AA and AAA level

-          Has been a goalie coach for over 10 years including this past year as Thunder Hockey’s head goalie instructor

 

Roman Marakhovski – Head Off-Ice Instructor

-          Certified Crossfit Instructor

-          Played 12 seasons of professional hockey in the ECHL, CHL, and Europe

-          Has over 5 years of youth coaching experience

Kyle Imrie – Co-Head Coach

-          Grew up in Ontario Canada and played tier 1 hockey in the OMHA/MTHL

-          Level 4 Coach in Atlanta hockey market since 2001

-          Played Jr. "A" and Professional Lacrosse in Canada

 

Roman Marakhovski – Co-Head Coach

-          Won 1986 NCAA Div 1 National Championship at Michigan State University

-          15 year professional career-Including NHL, Europe

-          UAH Charger Head Coach

 

2000 Team

 

Karlis Zirnis – Co-Head Coach

-          Won the Latvian Ice Hockey Championship in 1995

-          Played in the World Junior Championship in 1995 and in 1996 and 1997

-          Played 4 years at NCAA Division I UAH

-          Played professional hockey in the (CHL) with the Colorado Eagles

 

Jim McKenzie – Co-Head Coach

-          Stanley Cup Champion as player with New Jersey Devils

-          Played over 800 games in the NHL

 

2001 Team

 

Chris Fairbanks – Head Coach

-          Grew up in Michigan playing AAA hockey

-          Played Junior A hockey in the North American Hockey League for 2 seasons

-          Played 4 years DI College Hockey at University Alabama Huntsville

 

2002 Team

 

Jack Flynn – Head Coach

-          10 plus youth hockey coaching experience remaining from termites to high school and AAA hockey

-          Currently coaching with the A-Game sportsplex hockey program

-          Has been involved with SAHA Player Development over 10 years

KJ Vorhees – Head Coach

-          Played 4 years at Division I at Colorado College

-          Played 7 years of professional hockey

-          Hockey Director Knoxville

Tim McAllister – Head Coach

-          Played 4 years at UAH including winning the National Championship 1998

-          Director of Hockey at A-Game Sportsplex

-          Director of Hockey for Jr. Predators program
